A learner mindset can improve your sales and marketing

Many of my clients are quick to judge themselves harshly. It’s like a default mode. It’s deadly. I teach them to adopt a more responsive Learner mindset.

JUDGER QUESTIONS LEARNER QUESTIONS
What’s wrong? What’s right?
Whose fault is it? What am I responsible for?
How can I stay in control? What are my choices?
How could I lose? What’s useful about this?
How could I get hurt? What can I learn?
Why bother? What’s possible?

With a positive, Learner mindset you are more likely to feel encouraged, feel empowered, and attract more of the right clients.

When you make a mistake, do you judge or learn? What part of you is doing the judging?  What would help you nurture the Learner in you?
