A learner mindset can improve your sales and marketing
Many of my clients are quick to judge themselves harshly. It’s like a default mode. It’s deadly. I teach them to adopt a more responsive Learner mindset.
|JUDGER QUESTIONS||LEARNER QUESTIONS|
|What’s wrong?||What’s right?|
|Whose fault is it?||What am I responsible for?|
|How can I stay in control?||What are my choices?|
|How could I lose?||What’s useful about this?|
|How could I get hurt?||What can I learn?|
|Why bother?||What’s possible?|
With a positive, Learner mindset you are more likely to feel encouraged, feel empowered, and attract more of the right clients.
When you make a mistake, do you judge or learn? What part of you is doing the judging? What would help you nurture the Learner in you?
