Respond, attract and prosper
You can attract and keep more of the right clients when you respond promptly. Clients, prospects and colleagues will feel:
- Confident knowing you are organized
- Valued because their message is seen as important
- Respected because you never leave them at loose ends
My ideal response time to clients, prospects, and colleagues is 3 hours. Whenever possible, I respond immediately. When I need some time to get more information or think something through, I still respond as soon as possible saying when I will get back.
